ESPECIFICACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 V\u00e1lvula de doble orificio Hivent que combina las funciones de orificio grande y orificio peque\u00f1o en una sola unidad, el orificio grande permite que el aire sea expulsado del sistema durante el llenado de una tuber\u00eda y admite aire de nuevo en el sistema cuando se produce presi\u00f3n sub-atmosf\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

En caso de presi\u00f3n subatmosf\u00e9rica en el sistema, el nivel de agua desciende, lo que hace que el flotador caiga de su asiento y permita la entrada de aire.<\/p>\n

Durante el funcionamiento normal de la tuber\u00eda principal, el peque\u00f1o orificio libera el aire que se acumula bajo presi\u00f3n. Con la tuber\u00eda principal en funcionamiento, el flotador est\u00e1 normalmente contra su asiento. A medida que el aire entra en el cuerpo de la c\u00e1mara, el nivel del agua desciende hasta que se alcanza un nivel en el que el flotador desciende de su asiento, lo que permite la salida del aire. La consiguiente subida del nivel del agua devuelve el flotador a su asiento.<\/p>\n

Las v\u00e1lvulas de aire de doble orificio y triple efecto est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para el llenado y vaciado r\u00e1pidos y autom\u00e1ticos de tuber\u00edas, as\u00ed como para la descarga autom\u00e1tica del aire acumulado en condiciones normales de trabajo. El exclusivo dise\u00f1o \"aerocin\u00e9tico\", en el que el aire que sale a toda prisa del sistema no puede forzar el flotador hacia arriba y cerrarlo prematuramente, garantiza que la v\u00e1lvula se cierre s\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s de que todo el aire haya salido del sistema y el agua haya entrado en la c\u00e1mara. Todos los componentes de hierro d\u00factil est\u00e1n recubiertos con epoxi de uni\u00f3n por fusi\u00f3n aprobado por GSK para garantizar una alta durabilidad. Todos los dem\u00e1s componentes est\u00e1n fabricados con un material polim\u00e9rico aprobado por WRAS o con acero inoxidable para minimizar el riesgo de corrosi\u00f3n. Todas las juntas est\u00e1n fabricadas con caucho EPDM aprobado por WRAS que ofrece una excelente compresi\u00f3n y capacidad para recuperar su forma original.<\/p>\n
